Personal Data processing policy

The Policy set the rules of personal data processing of the users of the website

Purposes of Personal Data processing:
1. The purpose of the Policy is protection of User’s rights and freedoms regarding to the processing of his or her Personal Data (hereinafter the Data).
2. The list, the category, the processing methods and the retention period of personal data for each purpose of the Data processing are defined in Supplement No. 1 to the Policy.
Processing, transfer, destruction
When using the Website and/or when giving consent for processing, the User provides the Data voluntarily, in his or her own interest.
4. The Controller collects information about the User automatically using Yandex.Metrica service.
5. Yandex.Metrica service
(a) Is available by the link http://api.yandex.com/metrika.
(b) Is Yandex LLC property, registered at 16 Leva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021 (hereinafter Yandex).
(c) The cookies information is transferred and stored by Yandex server system.
(d) By agreeing the Policy terms, the User gives to the Controller his or her consent for data being processed and transferred to Yandex.
(e) The User has the right to block Yandex.Metrica service. For doing this, an additional setting¹ can be downloaded and installed (available by the link).
(f) In case of blocking Yandex.Metrica service some Website functions might not be available.
6. Personal Data is stored on electronic storage media and processed by using of automated systems excluding the cases of non-automated processing due to legal requirements.
7. When the Personal Data processing, the Controller shall ensure the usage of databases located in Russia.
8. Transborder data transfer is not realized.
9. The Controller has the right to transfer Personal Data to a third party in case of:
(a) the transfer is necessary for an ordinary and flawless operation of the Website;
(b) referring of its obligations of processing to a third party;
(c) the transfer is under the present law.
10. The Controller has the right to destruct Personal Data in case of:
(a) a danger of the Website security;
(b) expiration of the period of storage of Personal Data;
(c) on the basis of the User's request;
(d) on the basis of a request from a legal body.
Rights of User
11. The User has the right to:
(a) request information about the processing of Personal Data;
(b) clarify, withdraw Personal Data;
(c) request blocking or deletion of Personal Data;
(d) fulfill other rights prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. The User has the right to receive information about the processing of Personal Data containing:
(a) confirmation of the fact of processing of Personal Data;
(b) the terms of processing of Personal Data, including the terms of Personal Data storage;
(c) information about a third party to whom Personal Data may be disclosed;
(d) record details of the person processing Personal Data on behalf of the Controller (if the processing has been or will be entrusted to such a person)
13. The User is obliged to take a reasonable and responsible approach to posting Personal Data.
Protection
14. The protection of Personal Data is ensured by implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures.
15. The legal measures include:
(a) development of the Controller’s local acts, including the Personal Data processing and the Personal Data protection Policies, posting the developments on the Website;
(b) estimation of the potential threat to Data Subjects;
(c) refusal of any Personal Data processing methods that are not corresponding to the purposes determined by the Controller.
16. The organizational measures include:
(a) appointment of a person responsible for organizing the Personal Data processing;
(b) limitation of the amount of the Controller’s employees having access to Personal Data; organization of a permissive system of access to Personal Data;
(c) making the Controller’s employees aware of the legislation on Personal Data, local Controller’s Personal Data processing acts.
17. The Controller is not responsible for the actions of a third party who has gained access to Personal Data due to the User’s fault.
Cooperation
18. Requests regarding the usage of Personal Data may be sent by e-mail or post.
19. The request must contain:
(a) information enabling the Controller to identify a person as a subject of the Personal Data processing;
(b) information confirming the relations between the User and the Controller;
(c) information specified in paragraph 3 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152 of 27/06/2006.
20. The request must be sent in a way allowing to determine accurately the person who sent the message and to whom the message is addressed.
21. The Controller shall send a response within 10 days from the date of receiving the request.
22. All correspondence received by the Controller from the User is restricted information and cannot be disclosed without the consent of the Parties.
Validity of the Policy
23. The current version of the Policy is always available at https://likesgroup.ru/privacy_eng
24. The Policy applies to the Website and does not apply to other Controller’s resources.
25. The Controller has the right to make amendments to the Policy.
26. The terms of the current version of the Policy shall apply to the relations that arose before the Policy was amended.
27. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, he or she is obliged to stop using the Website.
28. The Controller has the right not to notify the User about the Policy amendments.
